In partnership with LMI Technologies, Bluewrist featured solutions in 3D scanning solutions for dimensional, RTV bead and axle coaxiality inspection at this year’s Automate Show in Chicago, Illinois from March 23^rd to 26^th.

The 3D scanning inspection solution PreciScan3D is an in-line dimensional and surface defects inspection system that generates and processes point cloud of industrial parts. It also provides a fast and reliable approach to assuring the quality of RTV bead and the coaxiality of cylinders such as axles. The product consists of a process engine, a point cloud processing software, a data management and reporting software and the smart 3D sensor Gocator.
